Summary

  • Add an AgentBudgetValidationPipe to transaction creation, checking selected budget headroom and active agent spending policies. Recheck budget headroom before on-chain submission.
  • Expand response interceptor coverage for arrays, primitives, pagination, and custom HTTP status codes.
  • Verify Stellar secret keys are redacted from audit records.
  • Confirm the existing audit persistence and database/Redis health probes meet the related requirements.

Verification

  • Focused tests: 22 passed.
  • Full suite: 133 test files passed; 6 unrelated files failed (9 tests).
  • npm run typecheck still reports existing errors in unrelated areas.

CI Checks Failed — Action Needed

The required build-and-test check fails during TypeScript compilation because src/common/interceptors/audit-log.interceptor.spec.ts:358-359 references originalBody, but that variable is not defined in the test scope.

Please define or correctly capture the original request body before those assertions (or update the assertions to use the variable that the interceptor test actually declares), then rerun the full CI.
