Hi!
I added docker config. These changes will allow using
graphql-voyagerwithout any changes in user code, by running it as a Docker container.Also, I added a new job for Github Actions to build and push docker image automaticaly.
@IvanGoncharov, please create an account on hub.docker.com and I change the repository name to the right one.
Also, fixes #127
