feat(manager): -payload-sha256 verifies the pinned wrapper-lite payload - #13

…e pinned digest A pinned -payload-url said where the wrapper-lite zip comes from but not what it must contain. With -payload-sha256 the download is hashed before it is written; a mismatch installs nothing and stops the manager even if another payload is installed. Adds
-payload-sha256 <hex>next to-payload-url. The zip is hashed before it is written; on a mismatch nothing is installed and the manager exits (an already installed payload is not kept). The digest is recorded in.payload-source, so a new digest reinstalls. Tests: match, mismatch, mismatch with an installed payload.Lets amdl pin the lite payload by run id and sha256 instead of trusting the newest build-lite artifact.
