/resume picker: typing a search triggers single-letter shortcuts (search is hidden behind /)

Problem

The /resume session picker has a search, but it is hidden. You have to know to press / first. If you just start typing a search, the single-letter shortcuts fire instead:

• typing quota: q closes the picker, and uota lands in the chat input
• typing deploy: d toggles debug sessions, the rest is lost
• typing session: s cycles the filter mode

There is no visible search field until / is pressed, so the feature is easy to miss.

Repro

1. Open jcode with a few saved sessions.
2. Run /resume.
3. Type quota (without pressing / first).

Expected: the list filters to sessions matching "quota".
Actual: the picker closes on q and uota is typed into the prompt.

Proposal

Make /resume search-first, like the resume picker in Claude Code:

• Open /resume with a visible, focused search row ("Type to search sessions…").
• Every printable character goes into the query, including q, j, k, d, s.
• Up/Down, Ctrl+J/K and Enter keep working while typing.
• Esc clears the query, or closes the picker when the query is already empty.
• Tab moves from the search box to the list, where all the existing single-key shortcuts work as before. Typing or / returns to search.
• The crash-restore banner's R/B still works when the query is empty.

Related: #1232 / #1346 add /sessions <query> to open the picker pre-filtered. This issue is about typing in the open picker, and the two changes are complementary.
