Advances the pinned upstream LLVM trunk commit that Morok builds against.
cf08d4bc700245f85ce528f6c9f4d9a3fdd316a08a34f9d127e52586c7285fa07efd1b6b8e428ca0CI builds LLVM trunk at the new commit on first run (cold cache), then
caches it keyed by SHA. Merge once the matrix is green.
