975c8f5a7b25f84a257ddfaf9605c62147a0913dcf08d4bc700245f85ce528f6c9f4d9a3fdd316a0CI builds LLVM trunk at the new commit on first run (cold cache), then
caches it keyed by SHA. Merge once the matrix is green.
