I'm Jack, the developer of NeckCure, so treat this as a self-suggestion and judge it on the merits.
NeckCure is a webcam posture reminder for Windows 10/11. I built it after about ten years of neck pain and a herniated cervical disc, working at a computer all day: physio helped for two or three days at a time, and what I actually needed was something that told me the moment I slumped. It gradually dims the screen when it detects slouching and restores it when you sit up straight.
It fits Productivity next to EyeRest, which reminds you on a timer; this one reacts to your actual posture instead. Webcam frames are processed in memory on the device and discarded, with nothing recorded or uploaded.
For transparency: closed source, freemium (4 hours a day free, Pro subscription for unlimited use), and it's on the Microsoft Store. Entry added in alphabetical order between Nani Translate and Ninite.
