stomp.py 9.0.0 has some incompatible changes relative to the last 8.x version (8.2.0). By mistake, they also went into 8.3.0 which meanwhile has been yanked.
Since 1.25.1 and in the master branch, the zhmcclient pins stomp.py to <8.3.0 since the changes broke our code (it seems that verify_cert=False is no longer honored by stomp.py).
This issue is to understand the incompatible changes in stomp.py 9.0.0 and to accommodate them in zhmcclient, so that the pinning can be removed again.
