Scope.

• New reference/migrating-to-v1.mdx.
• Old → new symbol table.
• Removed exports + workarounds.
• Behavioral changes (Stellar SDK v13 memo API is a Wave 6 example).
• Codemod folder with at least one jscodeshift transform.

Acceptance.

• Every public symbol change from sdk Stellar troubleshooting & error reference #6 documented
• At least one codemod example
• Nav entry
