Feature: Reset Individual Settings  #672

Description

@rhyslutsky

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently users can "reset app settings," which reverts all settings back to their default values including any user-defined phrases. Users should be able to reset individual settings to default values and keep other settings as-is. Kylie’s concern was preserving content while resetting settings (or vice versa); profiles would address this

Kylie out until Tuesday 11th August; final call deferred to her

Describe the solution you'd like
1.DECIDE: which of the below will need "reset" buttons and dialogs: Figma of Sketch of Designs
Option 1- Simple
- Two reset buckets proposed:
- Categories and phrases (preset + user-added content)
- App settings (toggles, timing, voice selection, selection mode, etc.)
- Descriptive footer text under each option to clarify what will be reset
- Reset ALL App Settings in separate area under these buttons in alert type color

   **Option 2 - More Granular**
      - Preset Categories and Phrases
             - reset order of categories
             - reset hide/show of categories -
      - User-Added Categories and Phrases
           - remove added categories - NOTE: will delete their phrases
           - Within each category, reset / delete ALL added phrases
           - Category = "Recents", reset removes all.
      - Timing and Sensitivity
              - [Hover time will reset to 1 second ('Dwell Time' is reset to default =1000L) AND Cursor Sensitivity will reset to Medium (default =medium (0.1F)]
      - Selection Mode (will toggle Head Tracking to on | default =boolean = true )
       - Voice (default = device voice selection)
       - Descriptive footer text under each option to clarify what will be reset
        - Reset ALL App Settings in separate area under these buttons in alert type color
  1. Design the domain-level reset buttons on the screens based on the decision made above . Must get design sign-off. Must match accessibility design as rest of app.
  2. On selection of "reset" a confirmation dialog is presented with cancel/confirm actions, stating that this is permanent.
  3. On selection of "confirm/reset," the reset logic is triggered. On selection of "cancel," no changes occur
  4. All selection are operable via head tracking or gaze selection and switch input in addition to touch.

Describe alternatives you've considered

  1. Profiles and import/export raised but flagged as high-risk due to PII and privacy constraints
  2. MDM-based configuration noted as a possible future path for clinic/hospital deployments
