Introducing What's New — a curated look at what's changed

We've started keeping a curated, plain-language summary of what's actually new across
wafermap and tsmap — separate from the technical CHANGELOGs, for anyone using the app or
building on the library who doesn't want to read commit-by-commit history to find out.

Latest entry: tsmap can now scan a whole directory of files for their metadata before
loading anything, so you can filter tens/hundreds of files down to the ones you want instead of
opening them all. And both wafermap and tsmap now handle wafer data with no reported die
position at all, instead of silently dropping it.
