From e13b540c1567487461807f5417ce442a5135ba94 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Martin Muskov <65186527+martin-k-m@users.noreply.github.com> Date: Wed, 16 Sep 2026 23:23:48 -0700 Subject: [PATCH] Take twill 1.13.0 twill 1.13.0 is released, so the pin follows it. spool.toml, CI and the README install line move from 1.12.0 to 1.13.0. The compile floor stays 1.12.0, where the tuple returns this code uses arrived, so the pin now sits one release ahead of the floor and the spool comment says so. No source or test changed and the six suites pass unchanged on 1.13.0.
