Export as PDF Enhancements

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

1. Export as PDF cannot be used for a RunGroup
2. Even though test case version and description are available via the API, they are not available in the Export as PDF options
3. The timestamp for when results are entered for each test run in Export as PDF is not available

Describe the solution you'd like

1. The ability to use Export as PDF for RunGroups
2. To have similar options in Export as PDF as the API
3. The timestamp is available for each test run in the Export as PDF functionality
