Building pSZ with HIP

I have been trying to build pSZ with HIP backend using CMAKE, but I have run into some issues. It seems some files are missing, or the wrong directories are used by the build system. Is there a workable build script or branch I can use? Thanks!

@JieyangChen7 Hi Jieyang, just FYI, we have successfully ported cuSZp to HIP/ROCm: https://github.com/hpdps-group/hipSZ/. Not sure if it’s helpful, but I wanted to let you know.

@JieyangChen7 The codebase (minor) and the build process (major) diverged from the CU backend (e.g., there should be HIPSZ* for everything HIP). I can fix it after merging multiple functions to the CUDA branch.

(I will leave this issue until the update is ready.)
