Add a force refresh option to 'substreams gui'

Sometimes the substreams gui layout gets messed up in the terminal window.

Add a command to redraw the entire window. eg CTRL+L

A quick resize would solve it for now. I'd prefer fixing the glitches, no? Do you know of other software that has glitches and provides a shortcut to redraw? Like k9s doesn't have that?! :)

For example the nano editor CTRL+L does a refresh.
