Status is displayed as error when no export rate even if commented out

Describe the bug
Status is displayed as completed with error when there is no export rate when export sensor is commented out.
i.e.
#metric_octopus_export: 're:(sensor.(octopus_energy_|)electricity_[0-9a-z]+_[0-9a-z]+_export_current_rate)'

Expected behaviour
If export metric_octopus_export: is commented out, and no other export rate variables are set, then predbat should ignore and assume zero and not error

Same error if manual export rate is set.

according to the documentation, export rate is optional, so this is a bug
