Chipping Problems

We switched to springbok so that we could do webcam putting. We are running with a mevo+. We’re able to set everything up but having two issues:

Webcam putting: had to manually adjust FPS to 60. Still only reads at 30FPS. Our mat rolls a stinp of 9.5 but have to turn GSPro to 13 stimp to get accurate distance.

Biggest issue is chipping/pitching. We’ve mapped all the ROIs correctly but when chipping some ROIs like face to path, AoA, etc do not populate. We therefore get a Failure and no upload/shot to GSPro. It does show up on Flight Scope.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! The putting pre webcam sucked but no chipping/pitching is even worse!

For your putting have you changed the size of the ball when you press "A" to get the adjustments screen? You can make ball bigger or smaller and that increases or decreases the ball speed. Set it up by marking out a specific distance say like 10 feet and putt to that distance and change ball size until you get the 10 foot feel. Hope this helps.
As for chipping is can be tricky mine works pretty good with my R10. But you have to take a big enough and quick backswing than a normal forward swing almost swooping the club to the inside. I can do a 5 yard chip pretty consistently.
