chore: Update react-native to 0.84 for FabricExample (#3666)

## Description

This PR updates react-native and its dependencies to 0.84.

## Changes

- updated react-native & deps to 0.84
- bumped reanimated to 4.2.2
- bumped worklets to 0.7.4

## Test plan

Build the project & see if it works
