chore: Remove Example for Paper (#3637)

## Description
This PR removes Example application for Paper implementation. Code
references pointing to the old Example are also removed. This will be
followed with another PR which removes the text instances and/or changes
them to FabricExample.
## Changes
Removed Example/ directory and references to it.
