From a95de6865f2db0d2eec16a6c8a3e5c1679988724 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Harlan Wilton Date: Wed, 7 Oct 2026 14:07:42 +1100 Subject: [PATCH 1/3] feat(artifact-delivery): read each behavior match with a language model 395 registry Skills stop at the CLI's approval gate, and many matches are quotes: simota/agent-skills lists curl | bash as an attack to block in its linked _common/SECURITY.md. The user sees only PATH:LINE. A build now runs the same matcher over every file it packs, and sends the first five matches of each ask behavior to GPT-6 Luna: the matched line, its headings, its table header or lead-in, and its code block. Never the whole file. The model answers one verdict and a short reason per match under a strict schema, and anything outside it reads unclear. The readings ride in the new non-required behavior-review check result, under policy 2026-10-07.5, so nothing they say can block or unblock delivery. D1 keeps one review per Repository ID, commit, Skill folder and rules version. A build with the same model input copies a stored review, so a later commit or a Skill that links the same files costs no model call. Private Skill text never goes to the model. --- .../server/api/behavior-readings.get.ts | 23 + .../server/presenters/behavior-readings.ts | 5 + .../server/schemas/behavior-readings.ts | 8 + .../server/utils/artifact-pack.ts | 24 +- .../server/utils/behavior-review.ts | 702 ++++++++++++++++++ .../server/utils/behavior-reviewer.ts | 266 +++++++ .../artifact-delivery/server/utils/build.ts | 48 +- .../artifact-delivery/server/utils/checks.ts | 23 +- .../artifact-delivery/server/utils/queue.ts | 50 ++ .../artifact-delivery/server/utils/state.ts | 5 +- migrations/0147_behavior_reviews.sql | 37 + shared/behavior-readings.ts | 84 +++ test/unit/artifact-signer.test.ts | 1 + test/unit/artifact-source-checks.test.ts | 13 +- test/unit/artifact-spec-check.test.ts | 6 +- test/unit/behavior-review.test.ts | 343 +++++++++ test/unit/behavior-reviewer.test.ts | 156 ++++ test/unit/private-artifact-delivery.test.ts | 1 + 18 files changed, 1775 insertions(+), 20 deletions(-) create mode 100644 layers/artifact-delivery/server/api/behavior-readings.get.ts create mode 100644 layers/artifact-delivery/server/presenters/behavior-readings.ts create mode 100644 layers/artifact-delivery/server/schemas/behavior-readings.ts create mode 100644 layers/artifact-delivery/server/utils/behavior-review.ts create mode 100644 layers/artifact-delivery/server/utils/behavior-reviewer.ts create mode 100644 migrations/0147_behavior_reviews.sql create mode 100644 shared/behavior-readings.ts create mode 100644 test/unit/behavior-review.test.ts create mode 100644 test/unit/behavior-reviewer.test.ts diff --git a/layers/artifact-delivery/server/api/behavior-readings.get.ts b/layers/artifact-delivery/server/api/behavior-readings.get.ts new file mode 100644 index 00000000..99e8d710 --- /dev/null +++ b/layers/artifact-delivery/server/api/behavior-readings.get.ts @@ -0,0 +1,23 @@ +import { setHeader } from 'h3' +import { defineApiHandler } from '#shared/server/handler' +import { presentBehaviorReadings } from '../presenters/behavior-readings' +import { behaviorReadingsQuerySchema } from '../schemas/behavior-readings' +import { loadSkillMdReadings } from '../utils/behavior-reviewer' + +/** + * A language model's readings of the SKILL.md matches that need approval, + * for one SKILL.md Git blob (ADR-0016). behaviors panel Each SKILL.md match that needs approval now shows the model reading under it: the verdict and its reason, and a note that a language model wrote it and that it changes no approval. The page fetches the readings in the browser by the SKILL.md Git blob SHA, and drops a reading whose line text changed since the reviewed commit. --- .../registry/app/components/SkillDetail.vue | 23 ++++++ .../app/components/_SkillBehaviors.vue | 74 ++++++++++++++++++- test/unit/skill-behaviors-panel.nuxt.test.ts | 60 +++++++++++++++ 3 files changed, 154 insertions(+), 3 deletions(-) create mode 100644 test/unit/skill-behaviors-panel.nuxt.test.ts diff --git a/layers/registry/app/components/SkillDetail.vue b/layers/registry/app/components/SkillDetail.vue index d684cc69..b8eb8da7 100644 --- a/layers/registry/app/components/SkillDetail.vue +++ b/layers/registry/app/components/SkillDetail.vue @@ -1,5 +1,6 @@
