	<li>Confirming hardware available.</li>

     <li>/1 Skeleton with requirements specification completed</li>
     <li>/1 Database and work breakdown identified</li>

     <li>/1 Hardware and work breakdown identified</li>
     </ul>Note that software would include the mobile application, firmware, and the database that those two access while hardware will include the development platform, along with accessories such as interface boards, cables, and enclosure.
