How to restore normal bash completion?

Hello, I tried rusty_bash but it completes is completely wrong, it highlights some completion when I type tab tab:

I have no idea what is going on. It should print the prompt line again when I hit tab tab:

Can the normal bash behaviour be the default? How to restore it?

I don't fully understand the situation, so my answer might be off, but rusty_bash's auto-completion should work like this:

• Pressing the Tab key once or twice: it behaves as Bash
• Pressing the Tab key three times: it goes into an original mode. You can choose an item with arrow keys and the enter key as the completion string.

For better completion, we need the bash-completion. If you are using Linux, the following description in ~/.sushrc makes the bash-completion work.

    . /usr/share/bash-completion/bash_completion
    _comp_complete_load scp #for completion of rsync
elif [ -f /etc/bash_completion ]; then
    . /etc/bash_completion
fi

complete -d cd
