Implementation of the triple tab feature to alpha-sushiline

I frequently use this feature.

When we push the tab key third times, a selectable list appears.

A history search works with triple tabs before any input.

Thank you, the upstream issue has been resolved. Please run cargo update -p sushline and rebuild.

Hmm. It didn't work on my mac. cargo clean ; cargo build also doesn't help.
