Summary

Update the GitHub organization profile README to reflect current project state with all repos and v0.4.0 features.

Proposed solution

• Rename sovd_web_ui references to ros2_medkit_web_ui
• Add ros2_medkit_clients and ros2_medkit_foxglove_extension to projects table
• Add MoveIt demo to selfpatch_demos description
• Update ros2_medkit feature list with v0.4.0 highlights (triggers, scripts, locking, logs, plugins, OpenAPI)
• Update ros2_medkit_mcp tool categories with new tool groups
• Update web UI feature list with new tabs
• Update architecture diagram: rename web UI, add client library layer
• Update Docker image reference

Acceptance criteria

• Profile README reflects current project state with all repos and latest features
• Should be done after all other repo updates are completed
