make pip-installable binary

I'm not sure if there's a reason not to distribute a binary wheel for major platforms so that Infrared would be pip installable without needing to download source and compile.

I see that you found the conda package. Thanks for pointing out the additional interest in a pure pip installation, which would facilitate integration in projects like yours... I don't see a problem, apart from having no good solution for the name conflict (do you have ideas, how to resolve...?). Let's see to quickly find a solution...
