Supplementaries' Gravel Bricks Break Easily on sublevels

Description

The gravel bricks have a function of breaking when you hit the bottom part of the block with your head.

Apparently, when they are on a sublevel, they will break on any side just by walking into it.

I do want to note that I added the tag that makes them fragile for sable compat with my modpack... but I don't think that would be the cause of it... but I could test with it off

tested it and the gravel bricks just break when walking into still
