[BUG] All pages reload and scroll to top when returning to tab (unexpected refresh on tab focus)

Description

Across all pages (/, /projects, /mates), when the browser tab loses focus and is then reopened,
the entire page refreshes and scrolls to the top.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Visit https://projectmate.rohitdasu.dev
2. Open any page (Home, Projects, or Mates)
3. Open a project or any external link in a new tab
4. Return to the previous tab

Expected Behavior

The page should remain as-is (without reloading or losing scroll position) when returning to the tab.
