"Teams" link on main nav jumps straight to "Alt-Arch" team page

When clicking the Teams link in the main navigation on docs.r.o, the user is sent straight to /teams/alt_arch because there's no index.md in the /teams/ directory.

Need a new index page introducing the user to the different teams and links to each one.

I've assigned you James. What we need is an index.md page for the /teams folder itself, with an introduction to what falls beneath it. I'd be happy to talk you through and help with wording. I see that you have a documentation fork already.
