Model discussion version 0.1.1

This discussion should cover the latest model proposal, version 0.1.1 . The proposal incorporates feedback from the MXLIMS meeting on 7 May 2024 (relating to the Sample parts of the model) and some useful feedback from Global Phasing. The proposal now includes crystallographic processing. Version 0.1.1 is intended for discussion at the MXLIMS meeting on 14 May. Once the result of this meeting has been incorporated, the model should be converted to JSON schema and committed.

Added file_type, url, and filename to ReflectionSet. This is very rudimentary, but it would require more knowledge than I have to make sure of covering the kinds of files one might actually want.
