Update Renovate version faster

It would be great if the Renovate version of the pre-commit hook could be updated faster.

I received a migrate config PR to rename renovate-config-presets to renovate-config but even today (4 days after the config migration was opened) the Renovate version used in the hook (v43.150.0) is not the version needed (v43.158.0+) to successfully validate this change.

Could this be updated faster to avoid such a problem (albeit small one)?

Actually it seems that the release process is broken right now. I have not seen renovate picking up the latest versions since two week. Upstream is at 43.185.1 but this is stuck at ~41.150.x
