[ICS] Failed to run llama.cpp applications on Arrow Lake system

The customer encountered error while running llama.cpp applications on Arrow Lake NPU plugin.
We've run the llama.cpp applications on both Arrow Lake and Panther Lake systems, no issues on Panther Lake system, but the application hangs while running on Arrow Lake system.
The customer is using Llama-3.2-1B-Instruct-Q4_K_M model.

Can you also include the NPU driver version and OS version and kernel.
Could you try with the latest NPU driver: https://github.com/intel/linux-npu-driver/releases
