`python -I`'s help message missing imply `-P`

Proposal:

According to the doc,

-I Run Python in isolated mode. This also implies -E, -P and -s options.

But it's not motioned in the python --help. -P does not add unsafe path in sys.path. I think this is useful information and should be included.
