:pencil: Add a Code of Conduct to this project

I'd love to see a CoC added to this repo and maybe help with concerns brought up in #102.

I think this is great idea, but aside from coming up with the actual policy/guidelines, we will also need to form a committee for taking report and doing enforcement.
