Changing default language tags

Hey everyone,

I am currently trying to "normalize" media in terms of default language. My media contains a mix of Japanese and English audio tracks as default and also sometimes English subtitles are marked as default, so that they will be displayed. My goal is to mark all the English audio tracks as default and unmark all subtitle tracks as default. Is there a way to do this with this tool? This is the settings I am currently using:

It's just the default options with everything unrelated to the subtitles and audio tracks disabled. Am I missing something here? Any help is greatly appreciated 🙏

I didn't figure it out and created a script for this. I put it in a gist.
