Benchmark message chunking in for `MargoConnector` and `UCXConnector`

Describe the Request

The ZMQConnector provides message chunking, and the MargoConnector and UCXConnector may benefit from this. We should test this out and implement if we see speedups.

Note: this should wait until proxystore/proxystore#224 is finished.
