Sample app PRAR-Simple is crashing when trying to run a debug session on a new device

Steps to reproduce

1. Uninstall any existing debug build from the device
2. Start a debug session on the device using Xcode

Expected behaviour

The app should start and work. It should not crash.

Observed behaviour

The app crashes and hangs until the debug session is stopped. The device stalls.
The log reads:

[access] This app has crashed because it attempted to access privacy-sensitive data without a usage description. The app's Info.plist must contain an NSCameraUsageDescription key with a string value explaining to the user how the app uses this data.
