Cannot set access control of "title" field

This commit removed the ability to enable or customise access control of the "title" field: processwire/processwire@11a1584

Was that result deliberate? Because there are cases where it's useful to prevent some roles from editing the title on particular templates.

I can set the inputfield visibility to locked but then even the superuser cannot edit the title.

I guess I can enable $config->advanced to get it working but you have to dig into the core code to learn this and I'm not sure why the title field needs to be treated differently than other fields in a template. Seems like a pretty normal thing to want to limit access in some cases.
