      <h3>Condition on arrival</h3>
      <p>Every sheet is inspected before it leaves the studio. A piece that arrives damaged is remade at no cost.</p>

      <h3>Damaged in transit</h3>
      <p>Report damage within 7 days of delivery, with photographs of the sheet and the packaging. A replacement is drawn and shipped once the claim is confirmed.</p>
      <ul>
        <li>Email <strong>hello@plotflow.io</strong> with the order number and photos</li>
        <li>Keep the original packaging until the claim is resolved</li>
      </ul>

      <h3>Made to order</h3>
      <p>Each commissioned piece is a one-of-one original drawn to your brief, so returns for change of mind are not accepted. Once the plotter has run, the sheet exists; it cannot be undrawn.</p>

      <h3>Cancellations</h3>
      <p>A commission can be cancelled before plotting begins; any deposit for completed design work is retained. Email as soon as possible with the order number.</p>
