Consider S3 compatible VFS

Would this repo be a good place to write this? I have an interest in an S3 powered VFS.

S3 compatible means minio, r2 and aws s3 are automatically compatible.

Possible?

I'm willing to make the PR. Any interest?

I'd love to test it (and use it). We're looking to replace flystorage with something that can read byteranges (for streaming video).
