Lesion Segmentation Ground Truth

First of all, congratulations for your amazing efforts.

My question is related to the ground truth used for the lesion segmentation task. How are lesions defined in this context? Is it PI-RADS > 2 or do they have histopathology confirmation (e.g. ISUP > 1)?

For the lesion segmentation task, we considered two definitions: 1) lesion on all patients with available MRI scans; and 2) lesion on radiologist-positive patients (PIRADS > 2). See https://arxiv.org/abs/2603.03961 for more details.
