Overlay rendering via True-API #620

Description

@EnderOfWorlds007

Overlay rendering via True-API (flagged as key, hard infrastructure): a product passes an opaque contact handle and gets back a React element it can place, but never sees the underlying data. Two entry points: (1) a True-API call for the rendered size in a given mode, (2) a separate host-rendered overlay pass that draws the actual graphical rendition. Support multiple render modes (full ID card, minimal inline text, inline text + mid-level info, avatar-only), with possible overlay z-ordering. The user agent amalgamates cross-context info (e.g. honour ranking across all contexts, not just the current product) while keeping it private from the product.
