New PR inherit CI checks from previous PR

Description

When I created new PR there were already results of suceeded test. Althought the PR was created just second ago.

How I did it:

• I had pull-from-upstream PR https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-huggingface-hub/pull-request/35 I merged that.
• later I got report that f44 is broken and rawhide version works https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2507419
• so I went to dist-git checkout and I checkout f44 branch, did 'git merge rawhide' - it was just fast forward, so the commit sha was the same as in rawhide.
• I opened in src.f.o the PR for F44 branch https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-huggingface-hub/pull-request/35

The UI immediately shows the results for the rawhide check, and started new checks for the f44 branch.
I did not expect the test for rawhide and it just confused me. I think these tests should not be displayed there. Only the new tests should be shown there.

• There is an existing workaround that can be used until this is implemented.

That's how Pagure works, checks are tied to commit SHA, not to a PR.
