Bodhi update handling: Get the koji builds to run tests on

Testing-farm and tmt do not support a bodhi update as an artifact, and some of the tests still rely on being run on the individual koji builds, e.g. rpminspect. An example for custom tests ¹, we just add each build as a test artifacts.
