You can use this endpoint: https://www.ory.sh/docs/reference/api#tag/project/operation/purgeProject
You currently have to copy the cookie from your browser session, this will be changed to the access token.
for example with curl:

curl -X DELETE https://api.console.ory.sh/projects/<projectid> -H "Accept: application/json" --cookie ory_session_ory=MTY3N...
