Add Tags For Your Projects In Descriptions

If you put "#" or hashtag symbol in the description, you can add a name of the tag next to it with no spacing. And if you put "#" with a tag name into the search bar. It'll show the projects with that tag.

Hello, our search system already searches for any text that matches query in the description, name, or author's username. We'll add decorator that will make #text become link to search page with query that goes after '#'
