Add possiblity to peform checks from different locations/regions

Idea is to have something like DataDog syntehtic tests where you can perform various checks from different locations - it helps verify behaviour in different regions

It can be delegated to be done with AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Run Functions, Digital Ocean Functions, etc.

Implementing multiple regional agent checks is essential to support distributed regional checks.
We could say that the CheckCle server run as the Central Control Plane, while Regional Check Agents (Probes) are deployed on servers across different regions.

Let me review it further to see if this feature is truly necessary. If confirmed, I will plan to implement it in the future.
