Design AI Pipeline

For this feature, we want to go ahead and add a monad logo at the menu bar at the bottom. Upon pressing that button it should open up a page where the user can write commands. This is then sent to the AI pipeline, which should have the ability to handle these commands. That includes the following abilites.

1. create a new project
2. reassess milestones and current project based on previous progress.
3. create new daily goals based on the user's suggestions of what is important.

This pipeline needs to be implemented and work with the app.
