When schema is not valid, an IllegalArgumentException is thrown rather than a WorkflowException

The specification clearly states in this section https://github.com/open-workflow-specification/specification/blob/main/dsl.md#data-flow that validation errors should be a well known error and not an arbitrary Java exception
