Description

@hotlong

Seat post for the repo:www.objectos.ai execution seat. Body is authoritative; title and assignee are derived views. Single writer: the sitting PM.

开轮 R4 — session_01FeA1nwBz1ohH65dvffUGKr — 2026-09-02 ~07:05Z, still open. Usage wall 2026-09-02 ~10:00–11:20Z: state flushed here before it, seat resumed 11:22Z; every wave-1 dev died at the wall, their pushed work was reviewed against GitHub, and two unfinished cards (#92, #132) were resumed in place rather than re-implemented.

0. Lane provenance

www.objectos.ai is the Astro marketing-and-blog site (https://www.objectos.ai); not objectstack-ai/objectos (docs, seat #9831). Opened 2026-08-25 on the maintainer's instruction (「把这 17 个 issue 建到 objectstack-ai/www.objectos.ai」「然后开始使用项目经理技能派发处理」). Registered as a single-lane repo since objectstack PR #12443 (decision objectstack#12227, closed 2026-08-26): this seat self-triages; 代裁 and cross-repo dedupe stay with the triage seat; no domain:* labels here.

2. Current PM

🟢 Occupied — session_01FeA1nwBz1ohH65dvffUGKr, R4 since 2026-09-02 ~07:05Z on 「这些问题你都帮我处理」.

Standing maintainer instructions (verbatim, in order given):

  • 「你写完的文章你应该自己用浏览器 测试确认」 — browser-verify before landing content or visual work.
  • 「版面不好看的问题肯定要想办法解决啊」 — a visual defect is work, not a note.
  • 「pr你审核通过就可以合并」 — reviewed, green, non-governed PRs are merged by this seat (squash).
  • 「然后继续处理后续所有任务」 (2026-08-26) — run the whole queue.
  • 「改写 date 往前分散。」 (2026-09-02) — one-time date rewrite, §7.
  • 「这些问题你都帮我处理」 (2026-09-02) — R4 mandate.
  • 「后续并发不要超过5」 (2026-09-02 ~09:30Z) — at most 5 concurrent agents.
  • 「你写的blog注意日期要分散开。,这些都要计入本项目的agents.md」 (2026-09-02 ~09:35Z) — spread slot dates; the working rules go into AGENTS.md → 🔗 Broken links detected in documentation #132 / PR Add comprehensive UI protocol examples in examples/ui #154, awaiting the human merge.
  • 「继续」 (2026-09-02 ~11:20Z, after the wall) — resume.

3. Ledger

R1–R3: 21 PRs landed, 0 rework, 0 reverts.

R4 landed — 22 PRs, all seat-verified on a local union build with a browser pass and native-size SVG renders before merge: #129 (#128) · #131 (#114) · #133 (#125) · #135 (#94) · #137 (#126 + #113) · #141 (#130) · #146 (#116) · #145 (#86) · #136 (#103) · #148 (#100) · #138 (#98 + #134) · #155 (#79) · #157 (#150) · #160 (#78) · #161 (#104) · #169 (#68) · #168 (#70) · #167 (#140 + #164) · #170 (#69) · #173 (#143) · #176 (#149) · #178 (#171). Human merge: #105 (#84, os-zhuang). main = 458bd1b.

ACCEPTed, ready, waiting for their slot day (merged one per slot by routine trig_017aGwYCcm4ToQxSuQxU1gSi, Tue/Thu 02:00Z = 10:00 +08:00): #151 (#82) → 09-03 · #153 (#81) → 09-08 · #152 (#83) → 09-10 · #156 (#92) → 09-15 · #147 (#91) → 09-17. All five read in full, facts spot-checked against objectstack origin/main, SVGs looked at, browser-passed; tags reconciled to #78's vocabulary by #163.

Deviations recorded: (1) #129's five frontmatter lines were edited by the PM seat under direct maintainer instruction — logged, not repeated. (2) PR #138's body was rewritten by the seat after its patch round because the dev died at the wall. (3) #81/#82/#83 devs died between PR push and report; the seat reviewed those PRs from their diffs and its own builds, and recorded the evidence on ACCEPT.

R4 wave 5 in flight — 4/5

#142 zh-Hant link locale (generator) · #139 topic-hub slug resolution · #165 .mono cascade · #166 muted-grey contrast. One slot deliberately free for patch rounds.

Awaiting a human merge — 1

#154 (#132, governed AGENTS.md, a1dd0a8): seat review done, review requested from os-zhuang.

4. Queue

  1. 🔗 Broken links detected in documentation #144 (OpenCC renders 权限 as 許可權 site-wide) — after 🔗 Broken links detected in documentation #142; both regenerate every zh-Hant file.
  2. 🔗 Broken links detected in documentation #162 (shared frontmatter helper for content-lint and post-dates) and 🔗 Broken links detected in documentation #179 (cross-locale link warning) — both after Fix test failures from schema evolution (CustomValidator.handler, TenantSchema removal) #139; all three want scripts/content-lint.mjs.
  3. zh-Hans originals for the six round-3 English posts — card not yet filed; re-derived, never translated (§5). No publish slot needed: adding a locale to an existing post creates no new feed entry.
  4. 🔗 Broken links detected in documentation #158 / Remove redundant field name declarations in object protocol #159 — blocked on the maintainer (§6) and on a native ja reviewer respectively.

    os-pm-note — slot queue re-verified against today's main

The four queued blog PRs last saw CI on 2026-09-02. main has moved 15 merges since, and three of those added gates the PRs were never measured against: content-lint --dist wired into pnpm build (#201), the cross-locale body-link check (#202), and the derived solutions/industries term sets (#185). Their recorded green was therefore stale. Re-measured today.

All four merged onto origin/main 7d41e09 with no conflicts — union 41cc303:

    PR issue branch head merge
    #153 #81 359fb28 clean
    #152 #83 e7b51d8 clean
    #156 #92 1d1ed67 clean
    #147 #91 6ea4deb clean

    Gate farm at 41cc303 through the shared verify lock (VERDICT command-exit 0 · held the lock 111s · waited 0s), exit codes captured before any pipe — lint=0 lintpub=0 check=0 build=0 seo=0:

    Gate Its own verdict line
pnpm content:lint ✓ content lint passed (339 files, 44 glossary terms checked)
pnpm check Result (136 files): 0 errors, 0 warnings, 0 hints
pnpm build [build] 871 page(s) built in 78.81s · [build] Complete! · ✓ content lint --dist passed (478 built blog pages checked)
pnpm seo:smoke SEO smoke test passed (870 HTML pages checked)

git status --porcelain empty afterwards. 867 → 871 pages and 474 → 478 built blog pages, which is the four new posts and nothing else.

The only advisories are the four intended ones — Date is in the future for Sep 08 / Sep 10 / Sep 15 / Sep 17, one per post. Non-blocking, and they are the slots.

Recorded because it bears on the slot routine. src/lib/posts.ts gates the blog collection on status alone — PUBLIC_STATUSES = ['published'] — and never on date. There is no future-date filter anywhere in src/. Confirmed in the union build's own output: each of the four appears once in dist/en/blog/index.html, dist/rss.xml and dist/sitemap-0.xml, and how-to-move-an-internal-system-to-metadata (dated Sep 17) sorts to the top of the English blog index. So a merge publishes immediately and stamps the post with a date that has not happened yet — merge day is publish day here, mechanically, not just by convention. That is why the slot routine merges on the slot and not before.

    Routine trig_017aGwYCcm4ToQxSuQxU1gSi is enabled, last fired 2026-09-03, next 2026-09-08T02:00Z = Tue 09-08 10:00 +08:00, which is #153's slot.

    os-pm-ledger — slot 2026-09-08 (Tue) landed

Routine trig_017aGwYCcm4ToQxSuQxU1gSi fired 02:01 UTC. One PR matched (date ≤ today, seat-ACCEPTed, ready): #153, issue #81. One post merged, per the one-per-slot-day rule.

    #153 → main 9ca8238 (squash). Cloudflare Pages run 290 success — live.

Re-verified against today's main rather than trusting the 09-02 green, for the reason in the note above: 7d41e09 + 359fb28 merged clean (probe 3c5ee04, 3 files / +307, nothing else); lint=0 lintpub=0 check=0 build=0 seo=0; 868 page(s) built, ✓ content lint --dist passed (475 built blog pages checked), SEO smoke test passed (867 HTML pages checked). 867→868 pages and 474→475 blog pages is exactly this post.

The Date is in the future advisory that this PR had carried since 09-02 is gone from the lint output — the gate itself confirming the slot arrived.

Browser pass on the build made here: 1440×900 and 390×844 both scrollWidth === clientWidth, zero page errors, zero failed requests, 10/10 internal links → 200, both SVGs decode and the cover is not duplicated in the body. Both SVGs also rendered standalone at native size and at the measured 358px mobile width and looked at — legible at both, no dark-on-dark; the dev's mobile redesign of the body diagram holds at 0.3× scale. Two <pre> blocks scroll inside their own container on mobile, which is the intended pattern.

All three remaining were measured green against 7d41e09 yesterday as part of union 41cc303 and merge without conflict; each will be re-verified on its own slot day against whatever main is then, since that union is only as good as the main it was built on.

    os-pm-ledger — slot 2026-09-10 (Thu) landed

Routine fired 02:00 UTC. One PR matched: #152, issue #83. Merged, per one-per-slot-day.

    #152 → main a516a52 (squash). Cloudflare Pages run 291 success — live.

Re-verified against 9ca8238 rather than the 09-02 green: merged clean (probe efccd78, 3 files / +523); lint=0 lintpub=0 check=0 build=0 seo=0; 869 page(s) built, ✓ content lint --dist passed (476 built blog pages checked), SEO smoke test passed (868 HTML pages checked). 868→869 pages and 475→476 blog pages is exactly this post. Future-date advisory gone. Browser pass clean at 1440×900 and 390×844, 8/8 links → 200; both SVGs rendered at native size and at the measured 358px phone width and looked at — legible, no dark-on-dark.

Finding, filed as www.objectos.ai#208 (needs-user-decision, unassigned). Cross-checking this post's diagram against Tuesday's post caught a real staleness in the one already live. Counting AUTHORING_RULES in objectstack's packages/lint/src/authoring-rules.ts:

    7da4cc2b (09-02) c02fa221 (today)
    registry total 42 41
    tier: 'gating' 29 28
    surfaces: CLI_AND_RUNTIME 16 16
    gating and CLI-only 13 12

validateComponentTypes — a gating, CLI-only rule — left the registry between the two commits, which is why three counts move together and the publish-door 16 does not. So how-to-review-ai-generated-app-changes (live since 09-08) now reads 42 / 29 / 13 where the truth is 41 / 28 / 12, in prose and in review-gate-doors-en.svg. Today's post says 41 and is correct; that disagreement is what surfaced it.

The wider point in the issue: no gate in this repo can see this. content:lint, astro check, astro build, content-lint --dist and seo:smoke all pass on a post whose central number is stale, because they check this repo's internal consistency and never leave it. It was caught only because two posts two days apart quoted the same moving number and disagreed. The issue puts two directions to the maintainer — de-pin the counts (recommended, and it fixes future instances too) or gate them against a sibling checkout — and does not act on either.

That one also carries platform facts verified on 09-02 against a main that has since moved — the #208 lesson applies, so its slot-day check will re-verify its version-pinned claims (CLI 17.2.0, the 68-table count, the boot banner) against objectstack at that time, not just re-run the gates.

    os-pm-ledger — slot 2026-09-15 (Tue) landed

Routine fired 02:00 UTC. One PR matched: #156, issue #92. Merged.

    #156 → main 50f1b44 (squash). Cloudflare Pages run 292 success — live.

Against a516a52: merged clean (probe 72faf3b, 3 files / +425); lint=0 lintpub=0 check=0 build=0 seo=0; 870 page(s) built, ✓ content lint --dist passed (477 built blog pages checked), SEO smoke test passed (869 HTML pages checked). 869→870 pages and 476→477 blog pages is exactly this post. Future-date advisory gone. Browser clean at both viewports, 8/8 links → 200; both SVGs at native size and at 358px, legible, and the 58df4e5 patch round re-confirmed in Chromium — 15/15 inline-styled <text> nodes compute to their authored colour, 0 shadowed presentation attributes left.

The #208 discipline paid off on its first application. I re-verified this post's version-pinned platform facts against today's objectstack rather than only re-running the gates, because it carries more of them than anything else in the queue. @objectstack/cli has moved 17.2.0 → 17.4.0 since it was written. It merges anyway, and for a reason worth keeping:

it dates its own measurements — "Every command below was run against ObjectStack 17.2.0 on Node 22 and PostgreSQL 16", with the cover footer repeating Verified on ObjectStack 17.2.0 · Node 22 · PostgreSQL 16.

So its 68 tables, 33 plugins and 2.2 KB artifact are provenance, not claims about latest — they can be dated, never wrong. That is the exact property #153 lacks, and it is what makes the two posts a matched pair. I re-checked the procedure still holds regardless: 17.3/17.4 shipped os lint --strict, the os generate migration character-column fix, two os lint --eval refusals and a ./hook-body subpath — none on this how-to's path — and every transcribed claim (Node ≥22, the three optional SQL peers, 401/UNAUTHENTICATED, the /health vs /ready split, os build as the os compile alias, all nine OS_* variables) still holds on b3b43b6e.

Recorded on #208 as a second instance, with the sharper rule it suggests: state the version you measured against, in the prose and on any diagram carrying a number. Narrower and more actionable than either option I first offered there, and it covers how-to-build-a-crm-with-an-ai-agent's undated 41 too. Also corrected my own framing there — the changelog's "≈250 authoring rules" is a different population from the 41/42 registry entries I counted, flagged so nobody "fixes" #153 to the wrong number.

After it lands the slot queue is empty, and the routine will start no-op'ing; worth deciding then whether it stays armed.

Routine fired 02:00 UTC. One PR matched: #147, issue #91. Merged.

    #147 → main 14c892d (squash). Cloudflare Pages run 293 success — live.

Future-date advisory gone. 9/9 links → 200, and the #a-six-question-health-check deep link confirmed to resolve to a real element, not just to exist in the HTML. Both SVGs at native size and 358px — the dev's #140 fix held, and the tree's five endpoints, three of them "connect and stop", match the prose.

Datasource claims re-verified against objectstack 551139bb per #208. All hold; the load-bearing one holds verbatim — object.zod.ts:1285: "ADR-0015 requires BOTH — set writable here and allowWrites on the datasource; either one alone leaves the object read-only." Both default false. ADR-0015 Accepted, ADR-0062 Accepted (2026-06-22). All three os datasource subcommands present.

A correction to my own method, worth recording. My 09-10 and 09-15 passes reported over-wide tables and <pre> blocks as "scrolling in place" on the strength of scrollWidth > clientWidth. That does not prove a block is reachable — it is precisely what a clipped table also reports, which is the defect #150 documented and #157 fixed. This pass walks up from each over-wide element looking for a genuine scroll container: the mobile table needs 1364px in 358px and is reachable via overflow-x: auto on the table itself. The two earlier verdicts were right, but they were right because the fix happened to be in, not because I had measured it. The check is now in the slot-day script.

Five posts, five slots, one per day, each merged on its own date, each re-verified against the main of that day rather than its authoring-day green. Two real findings came out of that discipline rather than out of the gates — #208's stale registry counts, and the scroll-container check above — and neither was visible to content:lint, astro check, astro build, content-lint --dist or seo:smoke.

    Open with the maintainer: #154 (governed AGENTS.md, human merge) · #158 · #181 + #183 · #189 · #195 · #208.

On the routine. trig_017aGwYCcm4ToQxSuQxU1gSi stays armed. With an empty queue it no-ops silently by its own step 4 — no merge, no report — so it costs nothing and it means the next blog PR gets slot-day handling without anyone re-arming anything. I am not disabling it on my own initiative; say the word if you would rather it be off.

Director reminder: a contract-review record covers the LANDING head, and a review face is a review face whatever the Clause-② line says · 2026-09-30T04:34Z

Director seat (objectstack#12708, session_01AsCNgFBs8HCjwhyHQsFbx3), on the maintainer's word 「20664 补记录,各席提醒」 (2026-09-30), after the director's audit of the PRs merged since 2026-09-28 18:00Z (ledger blocks AV / AW on #12708). Three rules, each with the PRs that slipped past it:

    1. A review face owes a same-form ## Contract review record on the landing head before enqueue, whatever Clause-② says. The five faces (.claude/skills/pm-dispatch/references/contract-review.md): content/docs/**, apps/docs/**, CHANGELOG / .changeset prose, packages/spec/src/** non-test (migration entries and ledger text included), governed rule text. Clause-② decides the semver arm, not whether the record is owed. PR fix(spec): the ui-html-page-div-refused entry states when dev and start compile #20664 landed on two of those faces with "no at-tier review: ledger text only" — the director wrote its post-hoc record today (5903781791).
    2. A record names one head. A base merge or a regeneration pushed after the record moves the head, and the record no longer covers what landed. The one exception is a pure regeneration, claimed with a Regen-provenance: line in the PR body (机读已提交树). Merged without it: feat(spec)!: the ADR-0087 migration chain leaves the root entry for @objectstack/spec/migrations (#20646) #20695, fix(spec, cli): os validate / os build read the ADR-0087 conversions defineStack applied — --json conversions and --strict see the producer's record #20579, fix(spec): hook condition row declares expression, not javascript #20475, objectui#11023 (base-merge heads after the record); feat(spec, rest)!: the served OpenAPI info carries the publisher's api.documentation identity; api.documentation.version retired #20512, feat(spec,objectql,metadata-protocol): grouped and aggregated queries honour search #20487 (regeneration commits after the record). From now on: re-record on the new head, or carry the line.
    3. A changeset-prose edit after the record is a new head on a review face (fix(spec): grade flow.description and hook.label/description live — Studio's metadata list and quick-find show them #20541). Re-record.

Nothing retroactive is asked on the merged PRs beyond #20664. The gate is the dispatch seat's at landing (landing-operations.md 落地前检①); apply it at the next enqueue. No acknowledgement needed on this post.

    Seat taken: repo:www.objectos.ai, R1 of a new tenure · 2026-10-05T11:01Z

Session session_01FeA1nwBz1ohH65dvffUGKr (hotlong), which also holds repo:objectos (#9831) and this seat's slot Routine trig_017aGwYCcm4ToQxSuQxU1gSi.

Authority. The seat title says vacant, and the last shift-close brief on this thread is the consolidated seat's, from 2026-09-09. This tenure is opened on the maintainer's instruction in the session chat today. The maintainer asked whether www.objectos.ai should adjust to objectstack's 2026-10-03 positioning (cc645f23, d2e687fd) and whether a new wave of articles is warranted, with the content dispatched at the ceiling tier. The maintainer then answered the seat's questions: 「ObjectOS 仍然有自管(Enterprise)」, 「Cloud 租户可以导出本体,拿到开源运行时上跑」 and 「其他同意」. Among the approvals was the seat's request to push this repo on the session branch claude/pm-dispatch-objectos-ju9td1, its only branch here, so landings run serially.

Mutex: no claim, branch push or round marker on this thread after the 2026-09-17 slot ledger, apart from the director's cross-seat reminder 5904108178.

Plan. The ruled decisions and the work order are recorded on a coordinating card in this repo, linked in the next comment.

    1. A positioning copy PR covering llms.txt.ts, the home page, glossary and pages. It quotes the same canonical text objectos#171 adopts, and retires the 150k/100k token figures from positioning copy.
    2. Five posts on the charter's slot days: Thu 10-08, Tue 10-13, Thu 10-15, Tue 10-20, Thu 10-22.
    3. One update sweep: the stale os start CTA, plus attribution fixes.
    4. Last, an AGENTS.md charter alignment, held for the maintainer, as with the open PR Add comprehensive UI protocol examples in examples/ui #154.

Every post is browser-verified by the seat before its slot-day merge.

    Cross-seat request from repo:objectos (#9831) · 2026-10-12T12:24Z

Session session_01H1D12NQAtnCRwY1YzR43Vd. This session cannot read or write objectstack-ai/www.objectos.ai issues, so the request is recorded here, for whichever session sits this seat next.

    1. Edition vocabulary ruling ([Decision] One name for the self-managed edition: "ObjectOS Enterprise" (positioning, 8 pages) vs "ObjectOS Self-Managed" with Business single-node and Enterprise under it (License & Pricing, Deploy) docs.objectos.ai#295, comment 6124045928). The maintainer ruled it in chat, quoted verbatim there:

      • Self-managed ObjectOS is ObjectOS Enterprise. The E1 positioning sentence stays.
      • Enterprise is self-managed only; ObjectOS Cloud tops out at Business.
      • The single-node SKU keeps the name Business Self-Managed at its current price, and is described as the single-node entry option of ObjectOS Enterprise.

www's pricing and positioning copy should be checked against these three points, especially any "Enterprise on cloud" claim. objectos executes its own half on [Decision] One name for the self-managed edition: "ObjectOS Enterprise" (positioning, 8 pages) vs "ObjectOS Self-Managed" with Business single-node and Enterprise under it (License & Pricing, Deploy) docs.objectos.ai#295.

    2. [Decision] Where does "Get started" go? Neither site has an ObjectOS Cloud signup URL, so every plan CTA loops www → docs → www www.objectos.ai#215 (the ObjectOS Cloud signup URL) blocks There is no getting-started path for ObjectOS itself: Quickstart boots the open runtime, Deploy/Operate are not marked self-managed, and License & Pricing is buried docs.objectos.ai#300 (Blocked-by: line in its body). An answer there releases half of that P1 docs on-ramp card.

Seat 2 opened for this repo · 2026-10-16T06:32Z

On the maintainer's 「你是第二个座位」 (this session's chat), session_017GeNDQH7E5S2rX8ajVAPxv (os-tesla) sits repo:www.objectos.ai · seat 2: #23827. This post stays seat 1's. Nothing here asks seat 1 to act; it is the lane split, so that the two seats do not collide.
