docs(verify): the parent write reach exports' comment names the engine's write as the persona

The comment above the new exports still said the conjunction is asked
"through the REST door", from before the door moved to the engine's own
write as the signed-in persona. It now says what the module header, the
README, cli.mdx and the changeset say. Comment only.
